Week 19

5/10/09 - I ran because it was the weekend and I really would have liked a long run, but I did not manage to leave the house until late. 5.14 miles, 1.04.11 min, 12.28 min/mi, 580 calories.

5/12/09 - Well, I ran kind of late and I was very hungry so I picked instead of eating. Needless to say I cut my run short for those two reasons. While I was running I thought about the fact that I have not lost a pound since I starting running. You know even though I have not lost any weight, I do feel better about myself.I guess that is what matters. Losing some lbs would be nice though. Nike + 3 miles, 36.50 min, 12.14 min/mi, 339 calories.
